Candle maker.
Shape a candle, choose the wax and wick, then light it. Scrub through its life to watch the pool deepen, the rim melt and drips freeze against the sides.
The 3D experiment loads when you press Start.

Things to try
- Drag the points on the candle to change its height, width, waist, ribs and sides.
- Open Candle to choose a pillar, taper, votive, sculpted candle or hollow luminary, and a wick.
- Open Wax to choose a colour and one of six wax types.
- Light it, then drag the burn slider. Compare a wide pillar’s tunnel with a taper’s drips.
- Open Carve to draw a cut, place a stencil or scrape the surface. Try a through-cut in a luminary.
This is an experimental, single-wick model. Burn rates, wax glow and drips combine established candle behaviour with authored approximations. The melt preview uses a coarser mesh while you drag, then refines it when you pause.
